First of all you need to have intercourse while ovulating. After intercourse, you need to prop your bottom with a pillow and lay like that for 20 minutes. Also, before intercourse, take 1 tablespoon of Robitussin, this will help thin out the mucous so the sperm can get to the egg more easily. I know this may sound crazy but it works. I tried to get preg. for over a year and when I tried this, it worked the first time. Also, when we were ready to have another baby, I also did this and got preg. the first try. Good luck!!!

I found this info for me and I wrote it down. If it could help you... then GOOD LUCK... Keep track of your periods to know the length of menstrual cycle. Ovulation generally occurs 12 to 16 days before next period. Your Fertile Window starts 2 to 3 days before ovulation. A way to know that its your fertile days: cervical mucus can be sticky or stretchy and can be white or cloudy. Sounds a little graphic.. I know, but hey... all info can help. Like I said earlier... GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!!

I just answered a similar question ... check it out --->
I'm not sure, but after tests that told me I was NOT infertile, but not getting pregnant for a long time, I changed my diet (more calcium, more protein, low fat...) and began to exercise almost daily and got pregnant just like that, but not before. Have you tried improving your fitness?

There really isn't anything you can do to conceive faster.
If you chart your basal temperature and cervical fluid, you can at least have the right timing to help you out.

Have you tried going to a Chiropractor? I know two people who after adjustments were able to conceive.
