My son just turned 4 in September and has been going "potty" in the toilet for over a year but refuses to go number 2 in the toilet. HELP!!

I really dont understand...i was soo sure i was pregnant...my boobs are sore...everything smells different im always nausated...like i feel like im going to puke right now...and when i rid ein the car i always feel sick to my stomach and when we go through mcdonalds i feel like i could puke my guts out.im gassy 90 percent of the time....i have headaches...im moody...but im not pregnant...i took a test today...what the hell!??!?!??!?i dont understand!!!!

everytime i read the answer to this question everyone says something different. does anyone know a site that i can read for myself? since i know that having un protected sex anytime can lead to pregnancy i want to know if i should stop the pill and wait for a test [which i will have it seems wait atleast 2 weeks]. i just want to know if it is safe or unsafe if there is even the slightest chance i could be pregnant. can anyone reccomend some legit sites?

I'd settled on the name Samara Rocquel. Then I find out that my brother is stationed in a place with the same name while at war. Sounds trivial maybe, but when he comes home from war, I don't want him to be reminded of the horrible things that happened at war every time he hears or says her name. If, God forbid, he does not return home, then I do not want my mother to be constantly reminded of her loss when she says the name. Then to top it off, I see a movie and the evil little girl in the movie has the same name. These may sound like stupid reasons but I associate the name with these things now so I am completely against using that first name. I need suggestions for another name for a baby girl. Please keep in mind these guidlines...
African-American child, I like unusual names but not ridiculous or ghetto, something pretty. My other children's names are Kiarra, Brijona (Brianna), and Malachi. If it is a boy I have decided on Moses. Parents are Micaela and Roscoe.

I heard that if your pregnant, an ovulation kit would show you a false positive. Does it always HAVE to be positive, or could it show that your done ovalation, and be negative again, but still be pregnant?

I'm about 8 months preggies and have had a craving for ice. I eat lots of crushed ice during the day (i also eat regularly) but my step father said that eating too much ice with low iron is fatal to me and my baby, apparently it almost happened to someone that he knew. I thought that ice was good for you. Is there any truth to this or is this a myth? Could I be putting my young one in danger?

I have been on BC for several months but have been told that is wasn't strong enough and have been having lots of breakthrough bleeding. Now I think I am pregnant. I have been having lots of the sem syptoms that i did with my first child...sore breasts, discharge...white in color, fatigue, frquent urination, slight nausea and gas...lots of gas. I took a hpt this afternoon but it came up negative. I am thinking that it is to early to test but still...What do you think that the odds are. I am really not sure because of the fact that I was on birth control. Also, How much does a blood pregnancy test cost and does anyone know wether or not Blue Cross and Blue Sheild will cover it???

I slept with this guy about 4 weeks ago who, ever since has been quite cold towards me. When we're alone, he's very nice and flirty but when we're with friends he flirts with any other girl around, which really bugs me!! I do have feelings for him even though he hasn't treated me all that well.. the thing is, now i think i may be pregnant.. my period is over 2 weeks late, i've been feeling really run-down and tired lately and for the past few days i've been getting sick quite regularly. I'm terrified i may be pregnant, and have been putting off doing a pregnancy test just on case it comes out positive. I definately don't believe in abortion and if i were pregnant would probably decide to keep the baby.. i just need to know...if u were in my position, what would u do??

My XH's neice, who is 18, is pregnant with her second child and due in February. She proudly claims that she smokes pot and drinks alcohol because it'll make her baby smarter because her oldest child (She'll be 2 in March) is smart. When in actually she just developed early. Walked at 7 months (which is what she did at that age). I don't call that above average INTELLIGENCE.

Just because a baby walks early doesn't mean it's more intelligent then a child who is a later walker.

I have a preemie.She is now 3 months old.She was only 3lb when born.Well anyone w/children knows that yo should wash your hands before making contact w/them.Well of course with a preemie you have to be way more careful.Well everyone thinks because my daughter is so big to be a preemie of 3 months that she has a regular immune system.Well she doesnt.I hate when people come in off the streets and touch her.I have asked them to wash thier hands but they act as if they forget the next time around.Now its pissing me off because if my child ends back in the hospital Im going to spaz.and another thing my childs father his sister keeps asking me when can she go out?Every other week.I have explained to her that she cant be out in the streets from house to house b/c she's a preemie and its RSV season.She keeps asking how to I handle these issues w/o being rude?

She had her period Oct 16 and we've had sex twice since then(unprotected, but pulled out). I was considering buying a doppler heart montior, but I didn't think of the stress on the baby. My baby can't stand ultrasounds, it kicks like crazy. What about the BeBe ones you see at walmart? I know they aren't like the ones that the doctor uses. Has anyone ever used one? And can you hear the heart beat? Thanks!!

My sister is trying to breastfeed her 1 week old little girl. She had a difficult delivery and the 2nd and 3rd day she breast feed the baby only a few times. She gave extra formula with a bottle. She is now better and trying very hard to breastfeed. Her milk has come in but it does not seem like it is a lot. She started feeding from the breast every two hours then pumping to stimulate further to get her body to produce more milk. This seems to be working but it is still not enough to satisfy the baby. She tries pumping and after emptying both breast she gets not quite an ounce of milk. She can milk her breast with her fingers and still get milk out but when she tries to pump she gets nothing. Any suggestions. She also bought the top of the line pump so I do not believe it is the pump itself. PLEASE HELP SO SHE DOES NOY GET FRUSTRATED AND QUITS. SHE REALLY WANTS TO BE ABLE TO BREASTFEED. THANKS!
