Lactation can be caused by certain medications as well.

Not unless you have a hormonal imbalance or on a high hormone medication. It can not happen from your boyfriend sucking on your breast too much!

i think you can.i had a baby a year ago and he breast fed for 3 months only and out of nowhere my milk came back.i am not pregnant.

Yes you can. Often lactation is triggered by hormonal changes, or sometimes by one's boyfriend sucking on the nipples too much.

Yes, that's why having a "wet nurse" was possible in previous decades. Of course it would still be possible today....but health risks and social factors seem to have made it almost obsolete.
