Try limiting the amount of fluids you take in about three hours prior to your bedtime. However, keep in mind that you do not need to limit the amount of fluids you take in throughout the day. I have temporary episodes where it seems the baby is using my bladder as a trampoline and just bouncing away.
Also, perhaps you should call your doc and get checked for a urinary tract infection. I had one about 3 weeks ago. The can prescribe antibiotics for you and you'll feel a lot better!
Good luck!

You may have a bladder infection; they are common during pregnancy. At 13 weeks I went maybe 4 or 5 times a night, but not every 3 min. Also, bladder infections in pregnant women don't always hurt like they do ordinarily. I'd call your dr.

It is normal.. At least it cleanses your body...
It is one of the bad things in pregnancy, you need to pee hundred times.. Wait until your belly get bigger, because you will not be able to sleep a lot because your belly will be heavy and your back is hurting but you cant lie on your back..
I think avoiding water doesnt really help..There is nothing you can do...Just a little bit sacrifice for now, once you see the baby ALL THE PAIN WILL GO AWAY..

is it just urine? I hope so. I son't have much advise, that baby is right on your bladder, sometimes that happens. If there is more to it than this, then you might need to be seen by a doctor and make sure you don't have a uti.

Honey,I do that & I am 51 & NOT preg.
You are not peeing from bladder pressure yet at 13wks,but you may have another problem & only the doc can help you! Go there & report your symptoms!
