I dont know about health risks but Its a financial waste

I don't think there's any risk to you or the baby, as abdominoplasty does not involve any internal organs. It is a tightening of the fascia and removal of extra skin.

The biggest risk will be the "undoing" of the abdominoplasty when it gets all stretched out by your pregnant belly!

Medically there shouldn't be a complications specifically related to abdominoplasty, but the weight gain and tissue stretching involved in pregnancy might tend to once again loosen your abdominal skin again.

when you get a tummy tuck they dont cut into your uteruse so i would say there would be no risk at alll unless your still healing from your surgery when u get pregnant.
