Pregnancy & Parenting - 28 October 2006

My son is 22 months old and was going through a biting stage. We managed to stop this by putting him down and ignoring the situation, then asking for an apology ( a kiss ) This worked, but now he has moved onto nipping and grabbing any bits of your body he can grab. I and my Husband are covered in bruises and have tried the same method we used with the biting but it is not working.
He really had it in for me today he was just walking past and would nip me for no reason. Then he bit me twice and every chance he got he went for me. I was left in tears as I don't know what to do anymore. He has never seen violence and has been shown nothing but love so I am now worrying that he is showing signs or ADHD or something similar. Please do not tell me to hit, nip or bite him back as I will not do this, that is in affect telling him that it is ok to do.
PLEASE HELP!!!

about organic food. i always buy organic fruits and vegetables for my son to cook, plus i give him the earth best organic food in the jars.

now sometimes i let him try our food, like rice, or noodles, or white bread..., but it's not organic.

do you think its ok to give him unorganic rice, noodles, bread, as long the fruits and veggies are organic???

how do you do it???

im 5months pg and there are still times where i get sick from eating somethang or just because. when i did have morning sickness i didn't have it all the time but when i did get it it was a all day thing anough to where i kept nothing down it went on for four days before i went to the er becuase i was dehydrated. it was two times of being dehydrated before they gave me somethang to help. what could be a reson why this can still be going on. and usally before i do get sick im reall warm then a headache follows being sick to my stomic.

I have a daughter who goes on and on and on and on and on.......... about some cartoon show that I know nothing and care nothing aobut?
Do all kids do this?
I would never hurt her for the world so I just listen politley for 3 hrs unitl she's done telling me all about a cartoon show that only lasted 27 minutes!

Hello.

My husband is in Morphine and Vicodine . He takes time realise Morphine and Vicodine all ready 6 years. He has a very bed pain in his back ( disks problems).

Well we thinking about have a baby!!!!

My worry is ---------- is is baby will be healthy? I talk to doctors they tell me that what ever husband takes it will not case no birth defects.

I am scared the baby will be unhealthy or with birth defects I did have a Miscarriage when I was 12 weeks pregnant...Doctors do not know what is the problem was, but doctor did tell me that the medication that my husband take did not have any effect on it and that if I will have 3 miscarriges then they will start worry.

They just recently lost their mother to suicide. I know that it might be too soon to make them sleep alone but how do i know? The four year old always slept with my sister and the two year old used to sleep by herself but since this has happened she hates to be alone.

My last period was September 1st it was normal then I spotted for about 10 days and have not had a period since. I figured this was because I have lost some weight about 15 pounds. I have taken several hpts all negative. I have been tired, bloated at times, I was feeling some pain in my abdomin just under my c-section scar somewhat like cramps but not that bad, I have also been having a metallic or sour taste in mouth which just started yesterday. I am thinking that I may be pregnant and not far enough along for it to show up on the hpts? Maybe I skipped my first period and my last one should have been due yesterday. Any advice would be great! my son is 3 and when he gets into trouble he throws himself on the floor, kicks, screams, and throws things.
