yes...but it's not the baby...it's the upset stomach that rockin'...Eat saltine crackers and sip 7-up...until your stomach settles. But don't subsitute the 7-up for the pure water you'll need for a healthy baby.
Congratulations.

Well first of all there is a big difference between 5 weeks and 7 months, however remember that our body is going through changes, lots of changes and as your uterus expands your stomach and lungs and everything else are being pushed up, that is why you feel all of these things. Plus remember your uterus is filling up with amniotic fluid and a baby! so you will feel as if you had drank 2 gallons of water and never peed. This sound silly but that's how it is. I have heard that some women get really really sick during the first trimester and stomach problems is one of them. Make sure to eat if you get hungry, but do not over do it, that will upset it more. Eat small meals and plus another thing is I am sure you are very excited about your pregnancy so that might have something else to do, I know I was like that I couldn't even sleep just thinking about y baby. Take care.

Oh dear! Yes, I know exactly how you feel. In the first trimester, when I could eat, I felt like I would throw up. And while I know hearing it doesn't always help, it IS perfectly normal, and if you're lucky it should settle in a couple of months. I'm at 6mos with mine and I still have gastro-intestinal upset if I eat Italian or mexican. Keep doing your best to eat a healthy diet (instant breakfast or meal replacement shakes are a lifesaver sometimes) and if you can, keep taking the prenatal vitamins. (My OB/GYN said that some women cannot take them because they make them sick too.) Good luck and take care. I hope that this is blessedly short for you!

I am only 7 weeks along.. but from my 4th week on I have had a grumbly tummy, and have been uncontrollably hungry. Even talking about it makes my stomach grumble. You could just have an upset stomach. If it doesn't become unbearable and painful, wait till your prenatal appointment with your doctor and let him know how you've been feeling.

I had some stomach pain and at times I thought that I was having a miscarriage, but it was all natural my doctor said. It was just the changes that my body was going through and the baby growing.

Yep. Welcome to pregnancy. Your digestion process totally changes, moving slower so your baby gets more nutrients... gas, constipation and sometimes diarrhea result. Good luck!
