I wouldn't take anything else but the prenatal vitamins unless your doctor tells you.

prenatal vitamins should be sufficient on their own. most (if not all) prenatal vitamins contain 100-200% of your recommended daily value of folic acid (which is about 400 - 800 mg). This, in combination with the trace amounts of folic acid in the foods we eat, should be enough.

No. The prenatal vitamins are designed to do the job. Taking too much of anything can be dangerous.

I took that vitamins from 2 months of pregnancy until my baby reach the 1st month.

It is good also if you are planning to breast feed your child..Look at the internet for a better information about ELIVIT PRONATAL

prenatals give plenty of Folic Acid, just eat a bowl of cereal every once in a while. Try sprinkling Flax Seeds on your cereal for better brain development. Dont over do it.

Prenatal vitamins have what is necessary during pregnancy. Only take more if your doctor says so.

Nope, don't take anything in addition to the prenatal vitamins. They have everything you need in pretty high doses already.

If the pre-natal vitamin contains at least 0.6 mg of folic acid, that should be sufficient unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
