Emo is slang for emotional usually recognized by those boys wearing girls pants & sometimes blouses. Hair cuts are usually angled some tend to be gay or bi but not always. most of the time it's just a fasion statement that gets lumped with followers of certain musicl groups. however it sounds like your friend is just messing with ya like calling ya gay even if your not. Then again only you know if ya have certain fem like carrictiristics .
