Pregnancy & Parenting - 18 September 2006

The doctor prescribed me Provera -aka-
(MEDROXYPROGESTERONE). In order to help me to start getting my menstrals regular. My problem is that I do not have regular menstrals which doesnt allow me to ovulate which means that is why I am having a hard time concieving. Any experiences with this medication? I just started filled my prescribtion today.....Thanks in advance !!

I'm only 17 so I don't plan on getting pregnant anytime soon and I'm sure that when I am I won't be worrying about how I look, but I just spent the day with my mom's boss's wife (did you get that? lol) and she's about 7 or 8 months pregnant and such a tiny little woman...she's so cute pregnant. She's probably 5'1" or something and she's from india, so she's tiny. I'm 5'10" and slender...are tall girls cute when pregnant to?

She is 2 1/2. She loves to play dress up. I don't want something that is difficult to walk in, cause the last 2 years I made her costumes and I went a little overboard cause she couldn't get around too well. When she was a baby she was Ariel The Little Mermaid and last year she was a fairy.

My stomach is looking pregnant and its hard, not soft as if I were just getting fat...this would be my fourth, my second pregnancy was a late miscariiage, so I have 2 babies living. I am peeing constantly, heartburn here and there, constipation, breasts have grown extra weird nightmares. The stomach thing is freaking me out though because it doesn't seem as though it should be looking this way. I am thinking its all in my head, any opinions?

I had a d &c on August 11th. Just wondering if any one had been in the same shoes. I was about 8 weeks when I miscarried and had the d & c. I have had one cycle, which was normal. Wanting to know if anyone else had been here and gotten pregnant at this point and had a normal healthy pregnancy.

Have any of you ever known a woman, or perhaps you've experienced it yourself, that continued to have her period as normal for a month or two at the beginning of, what later turned out to be, a pregnancy?

My kindergartener wants to take soup to school. I have a campbell's soup thermos type plastic thing. I heat her soup up until it is really hot and then put it in the container. By lunch time, it is barely warm. I don't put anything in her lunchbox that is cold. Any ideas on how to keep it warmer, or what to buy. Remember, it is for a 5 year old, so it needs to be somewhat easy for her to be able to open it.

I have a 13 month old daughter. I hate to admitt that I have one of the biggest potty mouths ever! I have tried curbing my swaering habit around my kid and I have improved quite a bit. My biggest problem is when I am feeling frustrated and that's when the real bad words slip out of my mouth (like when I am running late, I'll have 50 things in one arm and the baby in the other and I am droping everything on my way to the car!). My daughter only says two words, uh-oh and mama, I would be beyond mortified if her third work was F***!!! Does any one have any ideas on what I can do to stop this horrible habit?

I am 33 and my husband and I are planning on trying to have a baby soon. We have been married for 8 years and the time was never right. I am 25 years old. I am married and we have a beautiful 11 month old girl. But I still feel like something is missing.. Another baby!! Is it normal to want another baby so soon? How long did you wait until the second one, and was it hard to wait that long? Why do I want another so badly when I know that it is going to be such hard work?
