Before you get on your soap box, hear me out. Why is abortion wrong? Unwed mothers that don't want a child or can't afford one have the right to terminate a pregnancy but there are picketers there. And let's not forget those god fearing Christians that go around offing doctors that perform the abortions. A fetus can't survive outside the womb until it is at LEAST five months and even then, it needs extensive medical assistance. If you cling to the TRUE teachings of the church then you shouldn't seek medical help because YOUR god will cure you of all ills. "Spontaneous abortion" is the technical term for a miscarriage but no one likes to use that term.
So why is abortion wrong? I am not condoning it as a form of birth control but I do wonder why people think it is wrong to terminate a pregnancy. An unwanted child doesn't stand a fighting chance in this world and don't give me the adoption crap either. Gay couples can't adopt the kids "no one else wants" because they are gay.

When I went to my first Ob appointment she gave me the due date of Febuary 24th. Which made total sence. It was two weeks after my last period and around the time I thought I had gotten pregnant. Then at my second appointment, she changed my due date to March 11th. Now I'm four months pregnant, going by the March 11th due date, and my Ob hasnt changed it again. But to me, March 11th dosnt make sence. It's almost 4 weeks after my last period and definently not when the baby was concieved. What do you think?

ok well me and this girl have known each other 4 about 2 and a half yrs and weve ben like best friends since we met, but now im feeling 4 her as more then a friend, shes in to to other guys but there not bf nd gf....they like make out nd stuff ...w/e.... but some times it seems like she likes me to ...like we went 2 fireworks and she layed on the fround right next to me and stuff like that....but idk if i should tell her i like her so that we may hav a chance of being together or not cus it cud ruin out friendship...wat do u think i shud do??

My son is 1 year and still has NO teeth. Due to insurance issues we wont be able to get in for his 1 year check until after October 1st. Is this normal or should I be worried? All the babys his age have 4-8 teeth some even have their molars! I was wondering if any other moms have had a toothless wonder like me? He is above adverage or normal in every other developmental stage.

I have had EXTREMELY bad cramping but no spotting or blood of any sort. I mean worse than any period cramp I have ever had. I am only about 2 months pregnant. Is this normal? What could it be? (I am seeing the doctor in 2 days but I just thought I would ask)

I've been getting headaches that come and go for days. They arent severve headaches, just enough to drive me insane! When I take tylenol they go away but after a few hours, they come right back. I'm 4 months pregnant and have been taking my prenatal vitamins all along, but could they possibly be giving me headaches? Or maybe the headaches arent pregnancy related at all? I never had headaches before I got pregnant.

My husband and I are TTC. I have been on the pill for 18 months. I just went off the pill 1 week ago and I'm wondering if I will be ovulating this month. Or do I have to be off the pill for a few months for my ovulation to return?

a single mother. Our nightly ritual since he was a baby was to "tuck" him in at night. When he was a baby, it was to read to him, sing songs, etc. Now, it's basically straightening his covers, a kiss, and hug and say good night and I love you. My fiancee thinks that it is rather punkish for a boy to ask me every night to "tuck him in". Is it? For the record, he's very athletic, is involved in all types of sports and constantly talks about "hot" girls, so please don't go there. Your honest, MATURE opinions please.

i had sex on day 10 of my cycle. my cervix is low and hard, i heard that when its like that your not very fertile. my cervix im thinking is supposed to be closed. can sperm still get in? is it closed all the way or not? what are my chances of concieving if i ovulate in the next day or so..

I am 34 weeks pregnant and have already been to the hospital 2 times. Both because I started having contractions so hard I thought I was in labor, however, I wasnt. They were coming strong and close enough that the doc. gave me a shot to stop them and eventually sent me home. The second time they gave me a pill and checked me and this time they told me that I was still closed and thick so they didnt think I would actually go into labor until my due date. This morning I woke up and had to use the bathroom but as soon as I set up I just didnt have any control and Im guessing pee just came out. I tried my best to hold it to the bathroom but it just kept coming. At first I thought it was my water breaking but, I waited to see if anymore would come out and it didnt, plus I was told you would feel big relief and I didnt. Since then I have been having sharp little pains all around my belly, feeling very sick, even if I just drink water and I havent been hungry. Anyone Experienced this?

Well i am 17 and i'm on birthcontrol... well my boyfriend ran outta condoms.. and since we are both clean we had sex without condoms... and well he didnt pull out in time... but the big problem is.. that night i lost my birthcontroll for 4 days.... i was wondering..could be it possible that i am pregnate?? I have a 3 week old son and I was wondering if crying it out is a good thing for him or not? He tends to cry for no reason. I will feed him, change him, and hold him but once he seems like he's quieted down and I lay him down, he starts to cry again. I feel bad letting him cry it out but when I've already done everything I could to meet his needs, I don't know what else to do other than to lay him down in his room and let him just cry himself to sleep. I know babies like to be held but if I held him to keep him quiet, I'd never be able to get anything else done. I would be holding him 24/7. Is it okay for him to cry it out when I've done everything I could satisfy his needs? Is it helping him learn to sleep on his own or is it doing damage? I don't really know, being a new mom and all. I hear all kinds of different advice and I don't know what to use. Can anyone give me some advice on this suject?
