Some cramping is normal. It should not hurt. Uncomforatable is ok. You need to go to ER, and call your dr. You are still in your first trimester so you need to be checked. If you cant get in right away lay on your left and drink some cold water. If it goes away you need to keep up on your water but I would go right now to the dr or ER

Your cramps are probable from the shortcoming of water or salt. being pregnant you should soak up adequate water/salt for you and your toddler. I heard from rumor that it would nicely be a lack of calcium also. Being an athlete, I undergo in recommendations the days i doesn't drink adequate water the day of a complicated prepare, i'd cramp a lot. So attempt eating more beneficial water, if this does no longer seem to assist see a doctor for a more beneficial efficient frame of mind to make confident you're starting to be the right supplementations and minerals your body and your toddler desires. yet all in all attempt eating more beneficial water, yet earlier replacing your food plan see a doctor for the replace received't influence your toddler in any unfavourable way.

Cramping is normal the first few months, but extreme pain i don't believe is. It could be the onset of a misscarriage or just your body adjusting to that fact that it has to make alot of room in a little area. Good luck and congrats

It is probably just your uterus growing and stretching. I have had alot of menstral-like cramps and this is my second pregnancy. but be sure to ask your doctor as well because it may be eptoptic or something. Best wishes to you!
