It really depends on you and your husband. Many people have the kids close together. If you feel up to it to be on continuous diaper duty than go for it! Only you know when you're ready to have another one.
Good luck to you and you husband !

Honestly, I don't think having another child would be HARD work, it just takes patience, time, and lots of love. I was 18 when I had my son, 20 months later my daughter was born and exactly 53 weeks later my other daughter was born. I had 3 kids by 20 years old. My husband and I were married after baby # 2. Now we're having baby fever. We are offically trying for baby number 4. I suggest you start too. :) You can do it! I will be 24 this month and I feel like it's now or never. Time just goes by too fast now and there is no need to wait. You're never guaranteed tomorrow.Good Luck!
P.S. Seeing them all grow up together so close in age can be a plus, my kids get along so well. I think the closer they are in age the easier it is for them to get along.

Well I am 30 and I have five children so I guess in my opinion it is normal. I have a 12 year old a 10 year old a 6 year old (gonna be 7 on 9/28) and a 6 year old (just turned 6 on 9/04 ) and a 4 month old. Yes my 3rd child was only about 3 months old when I got pregnant with my fourth they are the same age for 24 days (Irish Twins) It is hard work but if you can do it and you love your children unconditionally and take care of your children then it is fine and it is normal. I love everyone of my children with all my heart they were not all planned but they are all loved equally. Also I was able to care for them and support them on my own for 5 years atleast for 4 of them my exhusband left and hasn't paid a dime so I was single for 5 years with 4 children hard work but in my eyes worth it so if this is how you feel go ahead have another.

There's an old saying "Irish Twins" meaning two kids born very close to each other. If you are healthy and your body and support network can handle it, go for it. Then give it a rest. Remember, dealing with a 2 year old when you are pregnant is going to be a real challenge. Before you decide to have a kid, make sure this is not to fill a need that might be other deficiencies in your life. Talk to your close family and maybe a counselor. If it still feels right, then go for it. Having kids close together in age can be pretty helpful if you are planning on having more than one.

It is not unusual to want another one because your first baby is growing up and not really a baby anymore. Two years is a good time frame to wait. It gives your body time to heal. Trust me I know I have five and am about to turn 26.

I think it's not wrong to have the thought but to actually commit in it is a burden not unless you are capable to handle the situation, well just go for it. These days most women go out and work to earn a living where they are busy and not capable to build a perfect family.

i have a 10 month old, and I have these thoughts also. I think that I have them because I miss her being so dependent on me. She's mobile, she makes messes, she doesn't 'need" me as much as she did at first and I miss that.
