Just found out that me and my wife are having a girl, and, amongst all the proper sensible questions we have, we keep coming back to how we should describe a girl's 'private area'. My wife called hers her 'fairy' when she was younger, which is bloody ridiculous. I am an only child, so no sisters to ask. Also, all the girls I have been out with have called theirs things that I don't really want my child knowing....

I am 27 weeks pregnant and I honestly feel that there is a lot of pressure on pregnant women to "keep going" and it can be really hard.

I know people who had no sickness, no problems felt great through their pregnancies and worked right up till their due dates. I know others who felt awful but still managed to forcibly keep going. God for them I say.

But I have felt rotten in my pregnancy. Terrible sickness and I just COULDN'T keep going! Everytime I was sick I was liable to faiting, shaking etc and there was no way I could manage the daily commute in that state! I felt so tired a lot of the time and right now I have a bladder infection which is making me feel like hell warmed up.

So I'm languishing at home, getting plenty of sleep etc, whilst other pregnant women I know are cheerfully pulling their 40-hours per week, shopping, going out, doing all their hobbies and keeping really busy, and looking down their noses at me for taking it easy. Surely we're all different!!!

well ive been with my girlffriend for a year now. wer both 15. her parents talk about me that am rich just cuz i have a driver, they dont even know that i come from a good backround. i asked to meet them a couple of times, they keep on denying though. they realy dont wanna understand the fact that ther daughter has grown up, and its her age. now her mom is kinda worried that shell have sex at an early age or drop out from school, or even get married. i dont blame her for worrying about her daughter, but maybe if she meets me and know who i am, i can probably show them that i'm gd enough. her mom had the same problem wen she was her age, but that was liek in the 70s. what her mom doesnt understand is that wer not in the 70s no more, everyteenager now a days doesnt wanna get married before 25, every1 wants to finish school. if i can just get a chance to explain this to them it would b great. the dad was a real lokoer at our age and was alwayse playin girls, he thinks am the same as him.

i am 20 in my second year of college and decided to keep my baby because i feel that it was my mistake to go out and drink too much that led to me having sex with my ex. bf. my college has a daycare center on campus i have a job as an assistant secratary that pays 10 dollars an hour my mother is the owner of the small buisness i work for but my parents pay for my car and college. i spoke to my father and he told me he would still pay my tuition and our insurance would cover my medical billsand allo me to live in the house as i do now but he see's the cost for the baby after its born as my problem and says that my mother and him will not babysit for me.Is there anyway i could still go to school i dont want to put it up for adoption?

My friends daughter is fifteen and recently became pregnant. The father has been told and is happy to be there as much as possible.

I understand it is illegal, and will probably cause alot of problems for my friend and daughter, but a degree of understanding, love and help is obviously needed to the teen. She is not sure about abortion or not.
i have mixed emotions about the situation.

So my question is, what would you do in that situation?(mother or daughter?)

Recently, when I took my daughter on a trip to Missouri to visit her father, she was returned to me with at least 15+ bruises. Some were even very legible as finger marks. This was very disturbing to me when I discovered them, as one would figure. Therefore, I took my daughter to a motel immediately and called DFS to report the alleged abuse. I met with one of their employees that works with small children and made up a statement. He told me that the case would remain open while he and the other investigators tried to decipher the situation. If they could not come to any conclusions with substantial evidence the case would close in 30 days. I brought my daughter home with me after this I got her in to see a child therapist and have been working with him to resolve some issues. She gave a couple of explanations for the occurrences and the therapist wrote up an official report and sent it down to the case worker. I still have not heard from him. What can I do to get some response/help?

I am not interested in anyones opinion as to WHETHER I should get one or not and I don't need to be told that "baby will walk in its' own time"
Just if you have a baby walker and is it any good.
Thankyou lovely ladies.

I would, but they don't give us enough time to shower after gym class. They barely even give us enough time to change. I would like to make the most out of gym class and get sweaty, but I can't because there is no time to shower afterwards, without being late to the next class.

I study ballet as a hobby two or three times a week, and last year I decided to try and get through the rest of my ballet exams so I could perhaps teach.

I haven't danced since March as I'm expecting my first baby (due December 8) and for the first few months I was too laid up with sickness to do anything. After that came the summer break and it seems to late to go back to classes now that I've only got 3 months of pregnancy left. So I've decided to leave it until after the baby is born.

Thing is, I would ideally like to take an exam next summer, but it will mean going back to ballet class as soon as possible in the new year. I've been promised help from my mum and partner to look after the baby while I take a few classes, and assuming that this works out and I have the energy/motivation (I've heard this is hard with a new baby) how soon realistically would it be "safe" to go back to taking an hour's class a couple of times a week (certainly no more than that at first?)
