buy small real plants and put them in nice lil cute pots as gameprizes.
at my baby shower we had lil papers with seeds in them shaped like bears in lavender(my whole shower was lavender)as favors. some games that people actually liked were get in teams, designate one person as the "baby". each team gets a roll of tp and 2mins, they have to fashion the "baby" in a diaper made of only tp. then they model/walk in them. best looking wins. give everyone a paperplate and pencil. have them put the plates on their head and draw a baby. time it. the mom to be picks the cutest one! have every guest bring in a baby pic of themselves and they all get numbered and hung on a big cutely decorated posterboard, guests try to guess who is who. buy some of those disposable cameras for baby showers and set them around the shower site for guests to use. we also had a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit, pretzels, cookies to dip in, veggie trays, punch, etc! it was really fun for a babyshower!!

Decor- Pick a theme or color scheme.
Games- Baby bingo,
word scramble with baby related words,
blindfold guess and have them scoop cotton balls with a wooden spoon,
pictionary with baby related items,
melt different chocolate candies (kit kat, snickers, etc.) and put it in diapers- have guests guess,
the price is right using baby items- guest closest without going over wins.
dress the baby- time guess to see who can dress the doll the fastest, they win or you can have the guest of honor do it. It's fun to watch especially if this is her first one, even funnier if you tell her she has a time limit.
Food- finger foods, veggie/fruit tray, hot wings, chips & dip, cake, punch or soda

There's a fun game you can play with clothespins. I can't remember the name of it, but everyone gets 5 clothespins, and whenever you hear anyone say the word "Baby" you take one of their clothespins. Set a time limit for the game, and just go on with the party, with people mingling and talking, etc. At the end of the game, the person with the most clothespins wins.

cake is a good start...if you know the gender of your baby make a color scheme to make it fun if not soft yellows and greens are sweet too... sometimes we get loopy and play silly games... but your family should also have a big hand in planning a shower for you... hope this helps.
