If you can't wait until the morning to see your GP, ring NHS Direct (I am assuming you're in the UK) and discuss your concerns/symptoms with them. The number is 0845 4647 or go to www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk. Good luck.

Michelle,
Just wanted to say good luck. I think these feelings are normal. I'm only on number 2 and feel the same way, but just tonight I found a diary from last time and in it I've written almost the same thing as you write. Maybe it's just hormones.
If you've no firm beliefs for your concern then you need to try to do something to take your mind off it. How far gone are you? What about keeping a note of sickness feelings or kicks etc to remind yourself. As you're obviously busy with the other 7 you're bound to forget the last time something happened.
Please try not to worry, but if you still are then do phone your mid-wife. If you were a first timer you wouldn't hesitate to phone.
Good luck - let us know how you get on.
Cxx

All my respect to you for your courage. If you feel unwell, I think you should call a doctor, but I hope these are only bad thoughts that occur to each of us from time to time as we are worried or just having a bad day or the weather has changed etc. It'd be a good idea to relax and do some meditation. I believe everything's going to be fine, just relax, breathe out and think positive. And all your children need you, so you do it in their best interest, too. Providence will help you give them what they need to become a healthy and happy adult, but you must give yourself what you need to be a happy and healthy mother. You must trust in god's help, but you can ask help from people around you as well.
All the best to you and the kids.

Check with your doctor if you're thinking something may be wrong. You know your body better than anyone and if you have any signs of problems then check it out immediately. You've had 7 kids so you should be almost a seasoned pro now!! :) Good luck--hopefully you are just being overly cautious. Take care.

33 and 7 children? wow! Ask your doctor about the baby, nobody here can really see if something is wrong.
I just hope you're supporting your kids, and not waiting for my tax money. Sorry, that is harsh, but I really do hope that you're being responsible. If you are responsible for them financially and raising them yourself with your husband, kudos to you.
