I recommend family counseling and listening to what she is trying to search for that she feels she can get in sex.

If she refused the pills, then the shot. But can't force it. If she gets pregnant, then she needs to go in a home for youth pre teens/teens who are expecting or parents who need some further professional help.

Take her to get the shot, you are her mother, and she lives under your roof. You may both need some couseling especially for her to have these problems at such a young age to help her understand the situation, and to help you better to control the situation. IF you are for real and this is happening, it is time for some serious intervention. You and your child need to meet with a mental health professional. There's no shame in that.. You both need to figure out what is going on in your lives.

Also, who was the person responsible for getting this child pregnant? Is he of legal age? How did a male find time enough alone with a TEN year old child to make her pregnant? 10 year old children are not old enough to be left in their own care, they must be with a child care provider if not in the parents care.

Child protective services would most likely be contacted if a 10 year old showed up pregnant at the Dr.'s office, having a miscarriage. The man/boy who got her pregnant the LAST time (was she NINE then???) would be identified and some action taken.

Being a mother is hard, but you MUST provide supervision for this child. Where is her dad? It's time to pulll together as a family unit and if Dad's not in the picture, then use extended family or friends.
