I read there are 2 million abortions in the US each year. How is it that so many young girls don't know how unwanted pregnancies occur?

My husband and I dated 6 years before we got married this past January. I keep going through "baby fever" stages. We just moved to Missouri for three years or so, and the only thing stopping me from having a baby is the fact that we're not home around family and friends. The thing is though, we want six children and I'll be 23 in March. I just don't know what I want to do!

Have any of you had a hard time breaking free from the baby to go back to work? I am finding it difficult to leave him and dread returning to work. But I have to. He is 9 months and we need money. I got a great job last week, and backed out at the last minute I was having such anxiety over it. What advice can you give?

Should I use them or no? I know that is his way of exploring but if I just use them before naps or bed wouldn't he sleep better? His top front teeth are coming in and they are giving him lots of trouble. He has 5 teeth already and none have given him this much pain. He has a fever, runny nose, I brought him in and Dr said Dimeatapp??? if needed but that does nothing for his pain. I give him motrin and tylenol switch them around. Motrin at nite cuz it lasts longer and tylenol if he has fever during the day. Would you use the gels?

I have a 7 week old boy and he eats every 3-3 1/2 hours, but lately he has been acting hungry about every 1 1/2 hours and only eats about one ounce. My mom told me that I should give him a couple ounces of water in between feedings when he gets "hungry" like that. Is it too early for me to be giving him water?

My friend thinks it is very possible that she could be pregnant. She is 18, lives with her mom, and has a full time job. She has taken 4 home pregancy tests already and they all show negative. She is 2 months late and is still convinced she is pregnant but doesnt have enough money to pay for the doctor bill with everything else she has to pay for. Is there any place out there for these types of teens who cant afford to get a blood test but still can somehow?

My last period was on June 19th, and i havent had one since. When i last had sex on june 9th we used a condom. I'm 22, not on birth control, i'm not very active, i AM very stressed out all of the time, I took one pregnancy test on in late july, the other one a week later in july, and then the last one in late august and they call came out negative. I DO NOT want to be pregnant =(, and im terrified big time of doctors or anything. Im hoping to hear that someone has had skipped periods without being pregnant. My periods are also semi irregular.

Today I was driving in my new SLK350 which I just with my elderly grandma taking her to the doctor, bought and like a bat out of hell, this housewife in a big SUV crashes into the back of me and ruins my car and hurts both me and my grandma!! Now she says that she has no job and that she is going through a divorce. It's not my fault she has no money, she dosn't work like most honest people!! Why should I have to pay for my own car, does she know expensive it is to fix a mercedes? Why should I have to pay just because she is a lazy stay at home mom who dosn't work? Why should my grandma WHO has actually worked and is now retired have to pay her medical bills? How can I deal with this woman? I for one thinks she needs to get a job because she is just going to leech off her ex husband now!
