I need to reduce my BP and sort out my wee (!) as I'm told this is or could be pre-eclampsia. My widwives are telling me my hope of a homebirth is slipping away, and are advising me to reconsider. What can I do to get my homebirth back?!

I have known about it for months but not said anything, i love my partner and ive known my friend since i was 4. My friend is now pregnant and she hasnt got a botfriend she said its a one night stand. Could it be my parners? Im pregnant aswll from my partner?? Im confused as i dont wanna lose either of them

This month for some reason I am seriously stressed about possibly being pregnant. Since having sex on the last day of my period (08/18/06) (Which is also the first day I start my pills). I've been "feeling pregnant". 2 days after I was slightly nauseous and had headaches. And then my breasts became tender... so I think. They are the slightly sore when pushed on from the sides, no pain direct on or without pushing. Nipples seem more sensitive, erect, & pink then usual, however the overall color of the areola is the same. The last hpt (09/05/06) was neg.
I've also been having what feels like light menstrual cramps every now and then.
I visited my doctor on 08/29/06 and was told that the breast tenderness was not related to pregnancy. I was told to simply take some aspirin.
Am I stressing myself out, causing false symptoms? Is it still too early to be testing?
Any insight from moms and moms to be would be greatly appreciated!

I have been staying home with my son since last October and now I have an upcoming interview (because I've been longing to return to work). I am an ex-professional and this particular opportunity sounds very exciting, and it's only about 1/2 hour from home. My son is sooooo wonderful and I am so grateful for the last year we have been able to spend together, but I also feel selfish about me...

He will be 4 this month, and he's an only child. He's a very secure child, very confident child and is very close to both mom and dad.

My insecurity is that if I accept this job and go back to work, I'm worried about how my son will handle the transition.

My idea is this...re-hire (hopefully) his ex-nanny from before and also enroll him in a 3 hour a day/3 day a week pre-school program. He is not eligible for the school pre-school because of the waiting list. I know he would love the school part because he loves to have friends around.

Will he feel abandoned? Help!!

im having pain in my left ovary doc did ultrasound n said u ve 1 small cyst.now i ll get pain in lower abdomen when i walk.n im not getting my periods this month.n ill get tired very soon.becoz of cysts v cant get periods?or is this a sign of pregnency?but i got negetive results in urine test in 3 tests.plz help me .n last month i got some bleeding that was like brownish in color for 3 days that was spotting.was that a implantaion bleeding?

last week I came home early from work, when I got in I heard a noise from the dining room. the house should have been empty, the kids at school and my wife at work. I sneaked upto the dining room door and then burst in only to find my daughter naked. I was so embarressed but my daughter just looked at me, I turned away after a second of so I was just like a rabbit caught in the headlights of a car. The problem is now all I keep seeing is her naked body and how developed she is. Should I talk to my daughter about what she was doing or not??

Okay this question might sound harsh but at least I'm going to be honest, right?!? I have a daughter, she's eighteen months. I love her but sometimes I cannot stand her...she cries around and I don't know she's like a little brat for some reason. My mother mostly takes care of her...while I work and party (I only party on the weekends...my mom didn't want me to miss out on "the best years of my life") Well I just found out that I'm pregnant...AGAIN! It's my boyfriends of course...well I'm pretty sure it is. And well...I don't know if I should abort it or give it up for adoption. Like, I want a big family but come on, I just turned nineteen! It's such a hard choice...I want to have an abortion (I wanted to have one with my daughter but my mom convinced me to have her) but if I do...my mom probably won't help out with my beautiful daughter anymore because she's against it. But I don't want to give my baby up for adoption...I don't think I could do that. What should I do??

I've the man in my life, and we looking to get married soon. Thanks to all your answers, I've taken a step back to see what i really wanted in my life - and that is to be happy - and i'm ever so happy with him. Don't get me wrong, we wana do things the right way and have a baby once we're married - conceive next year :) Its exciting, and a HUGE step we're taking...and yes, we're ready for what's ahead.

How do you wash / go to the toilet ect.. with the girls around & the other lads? (we've been told to stick together cos of our age).

Our daughter is turning 1 at the end of the month and of course we are throwing a paryy for her. We live about 4 hours away from our parents and they all want to come to the party. We would love to have all her grandparents there but my inlaws are divorced and do not get along. My father in law is remarried. How do I handle this? Also, we only have room for one set of grandparents to stay. If my Mother and my Mother inlaw came there just wouldn't be any room and we can forget about my Mother inlaw and Father inlaw being in the same room. I don't want to deny any grandparent from attending but it's just not possible to invite them all!

My little girl is almost 6 and is allowed to play outside my house as i live in a cul-de-sac with loads of other kids. She is very independent and tries to push the boundries, wanting to play around the corner as some of the other kids are allowed to. When i tell her she can't she asks me why? For fear of scaring her by going into details about kids getting taken away how do i explain why she must stay where i can see her?

I am trying to come up with good baby names. I like Isobelle della. My fiancees grandma died on june 5th and the baby was concieved on june 6th and her name was Della so Id like to keep that. For a boy I like Aidan Everett. Everett is my granfathers and my fiancees granfathers middle name so i like that too just for family traditions. Any other first names u think of?

ok, i am a little on edge about all of this, so any input would be nice...i'm on estrostep and i am overweight, so i know it's basically not that effective b/c of that, but i missed a few last month right before my AF....and was taking 2 a day for almost a week...got my AF, my boyfriend and I got intimate on the 8th, 11th, and 15th day of my cycle with Aug 20 being day 1 (first day of period)...the 11th day was last Wed...now on Saturday, I was naeuseous all day and was throwing up sat night ...only like stomach acid...for no reason...i've woken up naeuseous ever day since saturday...with funny sensations in my stomach as well...been really tired the past few days too...and the funny thing was..had a honkin for steak the other night...i never eat steak....i dunno...it just is weird, i missed pills, we had sex right before and during my ovulation and those little spermies can live for 5 days...and then we had sex on the day i think i ovulated...this past sunday ...15th day of cycle...

I am due on in just over a week. However Im getting a few weird sensations that don't normally happen to me before period; Weird little cramps, not painful but noticable, sore right booby, slippery and wet slight discharge and Im sooooo tired Im finding v hard to get out of bed and need a cat nap late afternoon, vivid dreams (about breast feeding a baby last nite?!).
