I used to have a similar problem, if you nap during the day STOP. I used to nap during the day or early evening when tierd, this didn't help as I couldn't fall asleep at night making me tierd again the next day. I still have sleep problems but I'm not half as tierd as I was before.

Could you be pg? When I was pg I was worn out for the first 3 months. If not start exercising. Your body will then begin to produce endorphins that will give you a lot more energy.

Your routine is wearing your body out, you need to do something out of your routine like maybe exercising or going to the mall for a walk? do not add more caffeine to your day as someone suggested, you just have to change your routine a little bit, maybe a vacation?

Start taking folic acid, available from anywhere. Lots of water, lavender on your pillowcase, and cut out caffeine.

if you get to much sleep ...that would make you tired too...try not to take a nap when you get home. find something to do that would keep you occupied.
