im having pain in my left ovary doc did ultrasound n said u ve 1 small cyst.now i ll get pain in lower abdomen when i walk.n im not getting my periods this month.n ill get tired very soon.becoz of cysts v cant get periods?or is this a sign of pregnency?but i got negetive results in urine test in 3 tests.plz help me .n last month i got some bleeding that was like brownish in color for 3 days that was spotting.was that a implantaion bleeding?

SOme cases cysts prevent periods or they make it come anytime. It can also cause internal bleeding. You should get them removed. The bleeding you got is probably due to the cysts bursting. If you're pregnant as well now is good time to get those cysts surgically removed at once before the baby gets bigger.

It appears that you have a very serius female problem and should probably go see a Gynecologist. Most women make the mistake of going to see there regular doctor when having female problems, which is fine for such things as yeast infections, yet when you are having serious problems such as yourself then you should see a specialist.
