I've the man in my life, and we looking to get married soon. Thanks to all your answers, I've taken a step back to see what i really wanted in my life - and that is to be happy - and i'm ever so happy with him. Don't get me wrong, we wana do things the right way and have a baby once we're married - conceive next year :) Its exciting, and a HUGE step we're taking...and yes, we're ready for what's ahead.

please don't saddle the little mites with names like romeo,Tinkerbell,peaches..or any of those names that seem to be so popular with the stars of stage ,screen and recording artists...just remember,the child has to carry YOUR choice for the rest of its life..so be careful..oh and one other thing..take your surname into account too....................check the initials don't make a silly name when put on paper like say David Ulysses Nigel Grant...d.u n g.could be called poo face at school..its an extreme example but you get the drift..one i know of his surname was noel.....first name noel..now saddled with the nickname carol...

Hey,
I'm 23 & I'm having my 4th child. I had my oldest at 20, then twins at 21. My little girl passed away when I was 22 & I'm expecting my 4th (@ 23!).
I didn't get married until after my 1st son was born & he was 4 months old when we got married.
I still do not have a home. My parents are taking care of my two boys, and I am working, tryin to find a place to live. (Currently living in our storage unit).

You're thinking about baby names already. You've got plenty of other things ot think about before that. Like when you have a childs so young be prepared to no longer have a life or atleast for several years(of course your family is and should be your life but you may miss the freedoms and fun times you are supposed to have as a young married couple). I would wait a few years before even thinking about it, believe me it'll happen just be patient.

21 isn't that young, I was 17 when I got pregnant how about something traditional but spell it different ie Karen = Keren just for a bit of uniqueness.
But Whoa calm down girl, just because you are getting married doesn't mean you'll conceive just like that (clicks fingers) and if you do then you'll have 9 months to decide on names and that's the best time to think about it

hello don't worry about your age i was 21 when i had my daughter i had been with my partner for 8 years we have bought are own house and both have good jobs and we were more than ready i feel i had her at the right age as i have more energy than some of my friend that are older mums - (not only that cos we are younger are children will love it cos when they are in their teens we will still be young enough to be trendy with them and follow them to the pub lol) so ya wanted some names these are a few i like
