Kitten huffing.. not a drug realted thing, other than probably dangerous as putting a cats head in your mouth. Germs and maybe dieseases.
However if you actually had a real question, I might answer. As it stands kitten huffing isnt a drug problem, unless you consider stupidity drug related.

not only is this one of the most shocking thing i have ever seen OMG i am speechless ........what do you do when you kid is huffing cats???
i still dont totally understand it but it is abusing animals and that is a crime!!
