when im about to sign my contract is my recruiter there with you? and should i make sure that my job is in the contract and is guaranteed? is anything really guaranteed such as job and leave date? and if you sign the contract that says the job ur going to get can they change it? and if they do can u refuse bc its wasnt in ur contract?

Since the Congress is incompetent and cannot do what 70% of the country wants them to do (for those of you who have been living under a rock for 5 years, that is ending the War on Iraq), the Iraqi resistance will have to do it. Al-Sadr believes that the puppet government of Iraq is about to fall (see: http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2007/08/20/europe/EU-GEN-Britain-Al-Sadr.php ). Will al-Sadr bring down the government of Iraq and end this War since nobody in Washington has enough intelligence to figure how to end it?

Just curious, there used to be a rule (most likely an "unwritten rule") that said if you were the youngest male with your last name you could not be drafted or at least would not be sent to any places where you life would be in extreme danger. I heard about something like that when I was kid but I wasn't sure if it was a real rule.

i really want to be E3 after basic...i asked my recruiter and he said doesnt have to be in contract and i was like you sure? he was i can get it to you when ur in DEP (delayed Entry Program) AFTER YOU SIGN..... Can that be done and what exactly does he have to do to get me E3 with no references or ROTC background??? is there alot of paperwork or is it simple and can be put on the contract?????? HELP ME OUT im supposed to sign on august 24 2007......can it be done without it in the contract?????? i want the advancement before i leave for basic!!!!!!

My son is in Iraq and he is not receiving his mail. All items we sent to him have been returned to us. He is in FOB Warhorse. The US post office as well as the Sgt. at JFK airport and a Captain with the 1-12 have no answers. My son has also been stonewalled by red tape on his end. I want an official inquery into the matter so my son can receive items from home.

Im going on "deck" (signing my contract) on Friday august 21 and my recruiter is talking about moving me to E3 before basic. I was like doesnt that have to be in my contract? hes like no it doesnt.
