If Osama Bin Hiding was ever to be found, where would he be taken to stand trial?Would he be brought to the US, or would they deal with him in the Middle East somewhere? If our military finds him, do they get the reward that is available from the FBI?And what punishment would best be suited for a "man" like Bin Hiding?

no need for a trial in my mind, hell, i'd take him straight to the gallows or else a white wall with a guy and a rifle behind him. i know that's not how it works though.

Hopefully if he is found, he'll be captured alive, moved around secret holding centers and brought to the US for trial - most of his alleged crimes targeted Americans and American property, after all. I don't think it's likely he'll be sent to the Hague, Americans will want to deal with him themselves as fast as possible.

After that, who cares what they do with him? I personally don't believe in this martyr nonsense - if someone doesn't blow himself up because Osama bin Laden was an executed martyr, they'll do it for any other reason they could think of - because Osama bin Laden was kidnapped, for the kids blown up by a missile, for an insurgent shot dead by a sniper, or just because they hate the West.

What would have been the better choice for Saddam? Shoot him the moment he was found? Or capture him, parade him around as an unshaven caveman, humiliate him on TV, have him convicted by his own people and finally hanged? The latter method worked out better than anyone could have hoped.

It doesn't seem all that likely he'll be caught, though. I imagine he'll just rot to death in a cave due to his bad kidneys or whatever, his chums will have a little cry and keep his death hush-hush. If he isn't dead already.

I believe that he would be taken either back to Saudi, the US (UN HQ area), or an undisclosed location for trial. You know we get no reward for finding him except a lot of press coverage and a ton of atta boys. IF he is captured I believe it will be from unconventional forces and most likely not even from the US. Money talks so it is a matter of time if he is alive that someone may turn him in and seek refuge in the US afterward. I think if and when proven guilty he would face the same fate as Saddam. But in the eyes of his followers he would be a Martyr.

What would be great provided he is still alive is find him at the end of a rope. But lets be real here, the same thing would take place with him that they did Saddam. It will be drug out and high media coverage and they would find him guilt and then him unless all his followers were able to free him. Then the hunt would begin all over.
If one person found him I say give them the money and if a unit did then take the money and divided up to all those that lost their life trying to find him. Does it make the hurt go away, NO but maybe it can be a little more closer for those who have lost a loved one.

I agree completely, it incredibly is fairly unusual. it is not precisely a great planet is it? My gut instinct tells me this guy on no account existed in the 1st place, and replaced into some variety of bogeyman set up by ability of the powers that be to justify their conflict on terror - as you assert, there is no data that this 'Osama' individual had any connection with 9/11. yet then for sure he's a member of the properly-primary and intensely extensive-unfold Bin encumbered family individuals, who're friends and longtime enterprise companions of Bush Senior and Bush Junior. possibly because of the fact the 'black sheep of the family individuals' the Bin Ladens desperate to make an outlaw of him and with Bush family individuals settlement allowed the US and the West to teach him right into a Bond type villain? He could desire to be in Saudi for all all of us comprehend, the US could on no account invade there. it incredibly is strange that GW Bush desperate to attack Iraq, that had not something to do with 9/11 (as strange because it could have been for Churchill to have suggested 'Germany has invaded Poland so shall we attack Tanzania). additionally it incredibly is undeniably strange that the Bin encumbered family individuals have been the only ones allowed in planes rapidly after 9/11 while the different airplane replaced into grounded, so the Bush adminstration made some variety of link very at present, for this reason my previously element.

That is why we just kill him, He would not get a fare trail in the U.S. according to the world because of what he has done. If we try him in the Mid-East we as Americans would not get a fare prosecution against him because. No mater what he is still a Muslim. The only out come for Americans would be the Death penalty, well for some Liberals it would be life in prison with No possibility of parole. (which means he will be out in 6 month) for the world would want prison. Where he can still run his terrorist organization

this might sound rough, but this is what I believe they should do.
When they find him, I would hope they would do to him what he has had done to all the others.

Put him the center of a circle surronded by the victims familys.
give them chains, crow bars, bats and anything elses they can get their hands on. Walk away and come back in a hour and it will all be over with.

Or hire a sniper and have bin laden shot in every joint and make him suffer a long slow death. A quick death would be to good for him.

He wont be taken alive. If we were to find him, and I don't see that happening, he would be dead before we ever even heard about it, or maybe we will never hear, maybe this has already happened. I wouldnt be at all suprised to hear someday that he died during the operation to capture him once we pinpointed his location. It wont be like Sadam, with months of trials followed by an execution.

If he is captured alive the military might not say where he would be held since it's likely a security risk, but I doubt he will be brought to the US because that would mean giving them the same basic rights as anyone else (which is the reason we have Guantanamo bay and other prisons).

Since he is living in Chicago, I believe we could deport him to Iran under expired visa. At this point, we would give him a stern warning not to try to come back to the US for at least 6 months. Then, the ACLU would get involved and fight for his right to stay here and live off of the taxpayers money. He would live happily ever after under the protection of the ACLU and other goofy tree-hugger groups. He would move to CA and run for congress against Pelosi because he is taller than her.

Ben Laden will be on the receiving end of an M-16 some day. Have you seen Ann Thracks?
