I am getting married soon and my soon to be husband is in the Navy. I was just wondering if houses on a Navy base are nice or a train wreck??? I would like to get an idea now so maybe we can decide if we don't want to live on base. Is there a website or anything showing a Navy base house or any1s personal experiences wold help! Thank you

pulling out of there? I finally become to realize that there is a bigger issue at stage. I think we need to finish it until the Iraqi government becomes stronger with their democratic process. What's your thinking?

I was in the military for about 1 year.I was having alot of problems back home with my father and mother. My dad was going thru alot with heart surgery and my family was in real need of money and help.I spoke to my master chief and he helped me out.I got discharged with a honorable discharge and at home, everything is better.I got someone to run my dads buisness and we are financially well. The military has always been my passion since i was a little boy and I really want to reenlist.Would I be able to go to a recruitors office and renlist.I was doing active but the reserves will work better for me.I would have time to do what I love and if this issue occurs, ill be there to help.I was dicharged 5 moth ago, would I be able to renelist and would I have to go thru everything all over again?

So often I hear the criticism that the US is 'going it alone' in Iraq.
Is it truly the case? How many countries are supporting our efforts there WITH their own SOLDIERS?

Seriously. It would have to be tested, etc.

There's no doubt it would have some advantages to what we have today, but would it be practical/impractical.

The idea of it is becoming less science fiction.

I say we'll be seeing Transformers soon...

Don't get me wrong. I'm glad that we have the military and I'm glad that we have people who are willing to serve. However, I can't imagine having to live such a regimented life and having someone scream orders to me. Any thoughts?

You all know how Germany has been a major problem in both World Wars? Well, we should let Germany fight Iraq for America under American control. You know Germany has a reputation of fighting.

Hillary Clinton, John Edwards and Barack Obama have all agreed to appear at the first ever gay debate. The whole debate will only be for gay issues, like gay marriage and things like that. They're calling it the first ever all-musical presidential debate."

What you think?

I have been thinking of joining the a military for a while. I've heard by alot of people that in the navy you could be out at sea on a ship for at least 6 months. But i was also told by a couple that it depends on what your job is. I have been wanting to do something in the arts (like animation or design) or with animals, so would i be out at sea for 6 months if I did something like that? My girlfriend and i are planning on getting married before i begin basics and dont like the idea that much of me having to leave my girlfriend/future bride for 6 months.

They would begin to have a life, 3 squares a day, free medical attention, training, build up credit for college, monthly pay, they would get their heads out of where the sun don't shine!
I would think almost anything is better than what they are now doing.
