the U.S.C.G. rescued down fighter pilots. There probably is not a lot of down pilots in Iraq. But if there is pilots down in Iraq do they use the U.S.C.G. to rescue them? Thanks..

They are arriving now in greater numbers, attempting to assimilate into our society. The last ones were actually Medical Doctors, who are qouted as saying "the hand that saves you will also be the hand that kills you". Can we just execute all the convicted terrorist under an International Sentance as we dont have Capital punishment in Australia anymore ! and why are they now being found here after immigrating from the UK ?

I had always liked to work in a spying environment. Since a kid I always did it, maybe because of being brought up by a single mother who always did it. I am not able to join other armed forces course I am short sighted(myopia) I am 20 years and waiting to join University in August. I have tried to contact the National Security Intelligence Service Kenya(NSIS) but their website will not even open. I want someone to find out for me how they recruit and qualification. Their website nsis.go.ke. It is the only place meant for me. If another foreign one may take me if they will not that is okay. Someone please help me get a job.

Source: Military (USA) very strong and big. Insurgents: Wear tennis shoes and blue jeans and have basic weapons, no tanks, no vest to protect their body. Do not get paid every two weeks like the USA military "BUT" are beating the USA day in and day out. Much like Vietnam.

The Iraqi military will never "stand up" so that we can stand down, because the Iraqi military is filled with different religious sects who have no intention of supporting this U.S. created government.

In previous wars, it was considered treason to make a profit on the war effort, now, the republicans who still support Bush, believe it's fashionable to make billions off the blood of our soldiers. This is war profiteering at the expense of the American taxpayer, and our soldiers,and some of you are gullible enough to blame liberals, or the media?!

Need I remind you that the Republicans voted down the Leahy amendment which would've outlawed war profiteering?

Wake up get a life and learn something about what this administration is doing to our nation!!

Ok the Tang dynasty aka the mongol empire I think that was their empire name been awhile since I had history classes. Had plan a massive invasion on japan. They traveled by sea but a great storm stopped them and killing their army. How do you think the war would have gone if that storm never happened. Curious not sure how advance japan was back then in warfare.

i (24 married and mother of two3 and1) would like to join the airforce after thinking about this for a long time,after sitting down and wanting to discuss this with my husband i flat out got a NO from him.let me furter explain he has been in the army been to iraq twice when it first started, and was lost by his unit until found one month later half starved with hulusinations.this has traumatised him,he refuses counseling when his 4 year contract was over he got out and started working for peterbilt as a high payed mechanic.now after holding my wish to myself for so long and running out of time to join i finally got the guts togheter to speeck with him about my long withheld dream.my family goes far back in the airforce,my great grandfather was a cournel his wife my great grandmother was one of the first women to fly a airplain across the ocean to england all this has its reasons to me.now im at my end and would be great to hear some thoughts from you all if i should let go of my deam

i know that to be an officer in the marines you have to go through ROTC or graduate from a naval academy with a "marine option" but what i dont know is what they do. Do they see action? Do they get assigned MOS'? anything will help, thanx

my husband is now in tech school at Sheppard AFB and we got married right after his basic training, so its been his 2nd week at tech school, and i know that he went to BAH because i'll be moving up there in his 3rd phase, but i was wondering is there anyway that i can get my military id card at a local base here where i live(san antonio), i have a certified copy of marriage license and my husband has the original, also i already have a military star card would that help somehow?plz help im just very curious.

My father had a Purple Heart in his serviceman`s trunk, which has since disappeared since his death. I believe it to have belonged to him or my Uncle. Neither would talk of their experiences from the war.

Ok I am currently engaged to a man in the U.S.Army and we have planed on moving to North Carolina in November. Some how my ex found out and is now taking me to court for custody of my childern which he hasn't really had anything to do with since the day they were born. This is just his way of hurting me and making sure I can't leave this state. I had told this to a friend of mine who is a SGT. in the Army and he told me that the law is differnt when it comes to the Army and its families. Unfortunatly he got called away and wasn't able to explain everything to me. My hearing is this Thursday and I don't have much time to figure everything out, and whats worse I haven't been able to tell my baby yet and I'm not sure how to. We had talked about him adopting my boys, but since my ex wants to be an ***, I'm driving myself up a wall trying to figure everything out. Is there any rules regulation anything that might be able to help me/us out incase my ex does by chance get joint custody?

what exactly is a merchant marine? and how long does the schooling take? and r they part of the coast guard? also y would u need to b one if ur working on a cruise ship? and if u r a merchant marine and u r in the coast gurad dont u have to be living near like a base or something? u can't live in o say pittsburgh can u?
