Yes. Vietnamese troops. America has been out of there since the 1970s, though.

There are no US combat soldiers in Vietnam, and basically have not been since 1975, except for:
Military recovery teams continue to search for the remains of Americans lost in the war. These are civilian and military personnel who are given permission to dig at crash sites, former military prisons, etc and look for remains.
There are some military personnel associated with our diplomatic relations with Vietnam.
There have been a few Navy ships making port calls in Vietnam in the last few years.
A few deserters. It is believe that some missing US soldiers have resettled in Vietnam and have been living ordinary lives since the removal of US forces 30 years ago.

Most of your MIA who were not in fact KIA would have been POW and depending on the spec grades probably ended up in the USSR, traded for weapons by the North Vietnames.
But the Russians will never tell.

All of the US troops were supposedly brought home in 1975, but we still have MIA's and KIA's over there and we have people that are looking for them in order to bring the remains home.

What do you mean by troops? If you mean active duty troops, no but some still believe that there are still some MIAs there. We do have active duty troops in S. Korea.
