If not on a tour of duty. With getting 2.5 days off a month. Can you take a week, or two off in one month; instead of taking just 2.5 days off in a month? Thanks.

Is this operation so unorganized and different on both sides that the term war does not fully adequately describe the event here. ive been researching battles in ww2 and in my opinion some of the battles won by Rommel were very impressive.

If he had the same numbers, tanks and planes in North Africa im sure he would have no doubt defeated the allied forces there.

He was also a decent person, a German soldier not a Nazi Criminal

Source: World War two: The Greatest generation completed WW two in 39 months. Fast forward to 2007. The USA military can not claim victory over insurgents who fight like the stone age people. ( Should I say Flintstones?) The insurgents are taking on the most powerful nation on earth and are hurting them (USA Military) day in and day out. The insurgents have basic weapons and wear tennis shoes but still put the hurt on the USA after 4 years and 3 months. Amazing!!

I disagree with it.
A gay man was kicked out of the military because they found out he was gay. Even though he trained for it and was useful because he could translate Arabic.
He said something like: "A person (in the military) should be determined on their merits not who they are."
And I agree completely.
But I dont see the problem with having gays or lesbians in the military..
