First, what have you done? Nothing I am sure. Me, I just retired from the Army after 22 years serving in various units in various locations around the world including Iraq twice as well as the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. I gave everything I had every day, I supported every decision that was made by those over me and accomplished all of my missions to the letter every time................thats what I did, what did you do again?

Well I make sure to send plenty of treats for my husband to share with other guys in his unit. I think it's a shame when there's someone over there not getting any packages or even a letter.
I really like what Benjamin had to say. I'm looking into the "anysoldier" website right now.

Sailed 10,000 miles to smoke a camel. In other words I placed a Tomahawk cruise missile in the middle of a bunch of bad guys who wanted nothing more than to kill the infadel (PS, that means you and me)
So, are you the one who made the sticker? Or are you the next one to raise your right hand, and swear "To support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, against all enemy's, foreign, and domestic. And to obey the orders of those appointed over me"

I have served for many years and served in two wars, three conflicts, and several hositle countries. I love my country and a I glad that people can speak their opinion. It doesn't matter if they agree or disagree. There is still a soldier somewhere cold, hot, hungry, tired, frustrated, lonely, angry. There is always something you can do. If you could only thank a soldier, thank our fathers and mothers, be good to our sons and daughters. If you want to contribute that are a couple of websites that are good ones to go to.

LOL--that's true. I'll never understand people who so vehemently support going to Iraq and even attacking Iran, when they do little to nothing to actually help the troops or the war effort. The best way to support the troops is to get them out of Iraq and DEFINITELY not to start another war in Iran!

I make regular donations to the Paralyzed Veterans of America, the Disabled Veterans fund, the Wounded Warrior Project and VFW. And, of course, I pay lots of taxes.
And I don't smear the troops, their commander-in-chief, nor the country and flag they defend.
If you don't fight, help those who do (or did).

I now belong to an Anti war group and I am helping to bring the troops home. I also wear my old military uniform to the anti war protest. I dare them to take away my honorable discharge.

I am running a free training service for returning veterans in my area, to get them up to date on basic computer skills, which hopefully will help them find jobs.
