A Man who belongs to Hamas and is a card carrying ACLU member. Would they scare the Republicans and war supporters half to death?

Source: Personal experience. What do I have? I carry my ACLU Card with me at all times. Anytime I get a Neocon who gets into my face I pull out my ACLU card and they scream and run. What should we do? Give all the troops ACLU cards and have the troops (Soldiers) show their cards to the insurgents. The Insurgents (If they are like the Republicans...Neocons..) will scream and run. The troops will be safe. God bless the ACLU and God Bless the USA

Try not to be biased:

All other things equal, including pilots, in say 100 2vs2 dogfights between:

F-22 Raptor - Mig-29 (uprgrade)

Give me the win % of the Mig and back up your number with a reasonable argument.

No wonder troop morale is at an all-time low. Bush is forcing our millitary to deploy our troops to the breaking point. Not even in WW2 did our soldiers spend so much time in combat zones without breaks.

Shame on the republicans and their hair-brained occupation of Iraq. We are going to have a whole new generation of disabled veterans because of this sham of a war.

This is not a question of whether the war is justified. It is not a question of whether you agree with the war. It is merely a question of whether given the evidence we had prior to the start of the war whether you believed that the country possessed these weapons. Please be honest.

Iraq has a government. Iraq has a military. Yet we state they cannot defend themselves and much like children have be protected. We cannot kill every terrorist in the world and we cannot protect these people from themselves. How long will it be before Iraq is forced to grow into adulthood and begin to tend to it's own interests?

on your cars. Do you know that the profits derived from the sale of such stickers does not support the troops . . . it supports gas station owners and manufacturing companies in China. (I owned a gas station so I know exactly where the profits go). Do you find it ironic that by purchasing such stickers you are supporting Arabic regimes? Have you ever thought about it? The same goes for t-shirts and those tacky little mettle lapel pins. None of it actually supports our troops . . . Any thoughts?

Bush rushed to war in Iraq despite no real evidence of WMDs. It is fair to say Bush has killed more Americans than Saddam. Now we are bogged down. more troops dying now than before, and insurgents getting great training to kill Americans.

Close the door, I feel a draft coming, typical of the conservatives, they have everyone else do the fighting for them. They sit here and wave their flags, attack us as being unpatriotic, but they won't put their own butts on the line and fight for their fearless leader George W. and his endless oil-quagmire.

Did he give his life to save another? Or was he just the next statistic and was in the wrong place and time? How many people truly know what it means to die an HONORABLE DEATH? They throw this term around like it was a disposable expression. Just like when they offer medals for just being in house or proximity. Everything has been devalued and diminished these days. So I guess an Honorable Death is no different! Nothing is as it once was.

..supposedly "for the oil"

Is anyone out there actually able to explain it, or have I scared those people off ?
Do people just keep saying it even though they haven't a clue what it means or how it's possible, because it sounds good?

Because when I talk to people they continually throw that phrase out there but can't explain it.

I would like someone who knows what they're talking about to explain this phenomenon to me, please ?

After doing extensive research, I have decided for the most part to join the Marines Corps. Since I want to be able to perform my best and excel during my service in the Marines, I was also strongly considering joining the Army first as preperation and training and consider that as my "Delayed Entry Program" for the Marines. So what are the requirements if I want to see this happen? Are there any know programs and/or systems that support this kind of transition? I am 20 years old, soon to be 21, so I only want to spend the minimum amount of time in the Army that will be beneficial to me before I make my transition to the Marines . Please give me as much feedback and information as possible! Thank you!

Hey
I've been talking to recruiters about joining when I'm done with college this upcoming year. I told him I want to be a Ranger and everything that comes with it. For some reason he's been pushing me towards SF and trying to get me to enlist as an 18X. Aside from the physical training which I'm all set with, what the other issues that come with trying 18X? The recruiters try telling me as part of the "Future Soldier" program I'd be guaranteed a job if I complete the training. For instance if 10 SF jobs are going to be available they are going to take 10 students. For some reason I don't believe it and they tell me the only way I would fail out is if I get hurt or give up. And lastly if its true how enlisting as an 18X you catch heat and they put a bullseye on you why is the recruiter pushing me towards it?
Thank you

and any other helpful info would be appreciated.
