What does the IWR Muster consist of?

I haven't recieved orders yet, but apperantly I have an IWR Muster in a month. I don't know what that means any advice would be helpful.

that's when you show up and prove you are still alive and physically fit enough to be recalled to AD if needed. you will also verify all your contact information. They just to make sure the information they have is still valuid and up to date. doesn't necessarily mean the next phone call you get will be "pack your bags for a lovely vaction to the desert"
