War doesn't solve problems. War either stalls a problem, forcing it to come up later on. Or it just makes the problem worse from the start. There have been very few times in history when war solved something and was the only solution.

Diplomacy is a great method for solving problems. It's a hell of alot cheaper and more effective.

There never has been a time that war did not occur.
If a Christian even the Bible speaks of wars.
Reasonable people try to talk but when the other side will not talk & make a change, then war is the only solution. Hitler, Saddam, & etc. could not be allowed to run free.

Yeah, RIGHT! I'm a former United States Marine! If "Diplomacy" worked we would all be sitting down at the table talking! but it doesn't work with some people! that's when you send in the The MARINES!!! to solve the problem!

There is always an alternative to war -- full and unconditional surrender. On rare occasions where even that is insufficient to avert war, Mahatma Ghandi has suggested mass suicide.

Diplomacy and detente works in many cases, but war has always existed and always will. That's because detente and diplomacy only works when the other side is reasonable and logical. Dictators and religious extremists are not reasonable and logical.

background has shown that legalizing the product would not do away with the former black marketeers. If something, i might plenty particularly have the drug cartels smuggling drugs, than to develop right into a violent and correctly armed group which has to motel to petty thefts and muggings. finally, the main suitable objective is to kill them the place they stand. while the mobsters stopped dealing alcohol what did they do? They have been a properly prepared group who unexpectedly misplaced their substantial source of earnings. to maintain afloat, they had to motel to different crimes. it is not that stressful to come to a decision that the main suitable selection is to do away with the cartels.
