Hi i was arrested two days ago for assaulting two officers, where trying to enter my house without a warrant because a neighbour had complained of arguing and there was a bit of blood in the communial stairwell, my brother said they couldnt come in to which they dragged him outside, whacked his head off the floor and arrested him for obstruction, i tried to get through to help him and one of the officers pushed me and i kicked him in the privates, they then dragged me outside i tried to get one off of me and may have broken his thumb. I am currently under the care of the mental health team and have just been diagnosed with servere OCD, so much to say i was very distressed and anxious at the police storming my house. Can I go down for this coz i just read that theres a minimum sentance of 3months. Im currently on bail and have to go back to the police station on 12th december.

It would appear Thames Valley have appointed these young people as PCSOs, I know the government wants policing on the cheap, but surely this is ridiculous.

they should recieve army procedures and drills, so they have to work and learn how to respect people? would that not be better than letting them sit around ready to leave and do another crime..

These clowns have managed to kill and maime over 200 people in the past 12 months alone! They always try to justify their actions by saying that "They are on duty at the time and rushing to an incident". I know, FOR A FACT, that this is not the case! Most "accidents" happen when coppers are taking advantage of their "abilty" to carry on any way that they please," speeding past red lights with lights flashing and sirens blaring just to get through traffic, speeding just they can get back to the station before the "free" take-a-way gets cold!
The public has got more to fear from these maniacs, than from the criminals that we pay them to protect us from!

Ever notice how the Government really enforces law that have monetary value to them? Take for instance simple speeding, marijuana growing/use [alcohol is a drug but Gov. makes big tax money on it], taxes [like the Brown's in Illinois], but let other's slide [immigration]. Selective enforcement = how convenient.

I already have my basic points in the con side. In this debate con is saying that the private ownership of handguns in the united states shouldn't be banned. One of my contentions is about law enforcement failing to arrive quickly. I heard another con speech, and they had statistics that said like something % of police arrive withing 2 minutes and so on and apparently a majority of police take over 10 minutes to arrive does anyone have those statistics because I can't find them. and... if you can PLEASEEEE cite your source?

Officer Jones is working a single officer patrol unit at approximately 8:45pm, he observes a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign, a violation of 22450(a) CVC, giving the officer probable cause to conduct a traffic enforcement stop. Officer Jones stops the vehicle, which is occupied by the driver, and a passenger in the front seat.

Officer Jones contacts the driver, Bannon who provides the Officer with his driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance. While Officer Jones is speaking with Bannon, the passenger, Madison who appears nervous, tells the officer he is late for a doctor's appointment, and must leave. The officer tells Madison he must remain in the vehicle until his business is concluded. At this time, Officer Jones' backup officer, Officer Watson arrives to help him. Madison then exits the vehicle and begins walking away. Officer Watson physically detains Madison and brings him back to his patrol vehicle. Officer Watson conducts a pat down search of Madison and

I was pulled over the other day when I was leaving work because I was "suspicious" plus my registration tags had expired.so I showed my insurance, Drivers License, etc. and of course I'm clean, no suspensions or warrants.....so the cop then orders me out of the vehicle, makes me spread my legs and frisks me from head to toe, then he makes me sit down 20 feet away by a tree while he searches my car. He asked if I had any problems with it, I said No, just because I know I didn't have any drugs or anything plus I am scared of the cops.....so anyways, he takes 20 minutes to search it through, makes everything a mess, because of him I'm also late back to work....once he's done, he thanks me for my cooperation and lets me go....does he have the right to do this? I don't hate him or anything, I just feel humiliated that he had to do this for no reason...I have never had problems with the law or anything, all this because he said I was driving "suspiciously" whatever thats means!?!?!

We purchased a used car from a private owner 1.5 months ago. Right after purchasing the car we found the service engine soon light was on, we thought it was just a reminder of routine maintenance and did not pay special attention to it. As we drove the car more we found the gas mileage was awful and sometimes there was problems with starting the engine. So we took the car to auto repair and they detected serious engine problems and said the car was losing power awfully. The total repair would cost round 2000 bucks. They said the previous owner must have known the serious defect and intentionally cheated on us when selling the car by temporarily cutting off the service engine light. Is there any way we can get some of money back? We called the previous owner like crazy but she never answered the phone or got back to our messages. What could we do? Get a lawyer, file small court claims or something else? What’s the chance for us to get some money back? Thanks!

As a LEO, how have you treated those who have attempted suicide? With respect? Or, have you laughed at them and talked about them with your buddy?

Also, suppose someone slit their wrists and you were going to arrest them? Would you still put the handcuffs on them, even though it would hurt them very badly?

I am just asking...

Thanks!

So the police showed up at my house today and I was not home. They were looking for me and I believe it is because of my neighbors file complaints against me for driving fast. I have a loud exhaust on my car so it sound like i'm going really fast, but i do drive well over the speed limit. Tommorow I have to go to the police to talk with them. I'm worried about any charges that may come against me or If i'll lose my linesne or even worst get arrested.

I am receiving harassing phone calls on my cell. I have an idea of who it may be but no way to prove it. I went to the sheriff's dept and was told to get my records from the cell phone co. I went to my cell co. and was told that I must file a police report and have them subpoena my records. Seems as though I'm at a loss. How is it fair for someone to call and harass you and just because they blocked their # they get away with it? The phone records that I need are mine and I don't see why I shouldn't be able to obtain them since what is occurring is a crime. I started keeping a log yesterday & I've got 2 messages saved on my voice mail. They're not threatening me and I understand that I'm not a priority. But it is still a crime and this person should be punished. I'm so annoyed right now because the criminal has more rights than me. Can a magistrate order a subpoena my phone records? Any ideas on how to bring this person to justice? Why won't law enforcement do something?

Recently a fed. prosecutor committed suicide after being arrested during a sting for attempting to have sex with a five year old.

These are not humans, they are monsters. Why do we protect them and not just kill them our put them on an island so they can rape each other. A majority of sex offenders are repeat offenders. They can not be put back into society, they must be executed or placed in a box. Am I the only one that sees this?

So here's Kudo's to you Mr. Prosecutor, thank you for stepping up and taking the lead and killing yourself, you realize you are nothing and did the best thing for everyone now it's time for all the other animals to follow.

He plans on trying to get a news crew and protesters against people helping clean up a yard tomorrow October 6th 2007. I was wondering how many of you agree with the man and how many agree with humanity and what you think people should do about such a thing.
