All you have to do is take photos of the place you parked and allso of the sign that is obseured by the branch then appeal against the ticket you recieved but do it befor some one decideds to cut the branch.
i done thie a similer thing like this some time backand got away with paying it

If you protest it in a calm educated manner I am sure you can get out of it. Take some photos of where you got it, get proof. State your argument, but dont be argumental.
I have gotten out of a $1200 fine before because I did just that. I was also the only person to plead "not guilty" everyone did a double take when they heard it.

Challenge it because you have a good case. 1) The sign couldnt be seen. 2) No marked bay markings. Good luck.

Protest the charge against you and cite the valid reasons in order that you will not be fined.

I don't know what your question is "but" take a photo of said sign as evidence, if it is obscured you have a case, all sign's should be clearly displayed, no question about it.
