You will have to contact your state's Attorney General's Office and they can give you the information on what convictions are or are not eligible to be expunged in your state. They will also be able to provide you with all of the information as to how to get the process started.

I will warn you that this is not an easy thing to do. It will cost you thousands of dollars and you will need to have an attorney to draw up the mountains of paper work and assist you with court appearances. It will take months and maybe years to get it done.

Good luck to you.

It is possible to get it expunged. It varies from state to state. Try researching "records expunged + state" on a search engine. With a little time it should be revealed.

If not, contact the county clerks office in which the offense occurred and ask one of the clerks what the laws are in the state you reside.

It is possible as some charges do qualify, but call your local court clerk and inquire about specifics.
