When the truth (facts) are sorted out, it is plain to see the issue is blacks wanting to get away with a crime against a white person. The blacks were criminal in their attack on the white student. When a hideous crime occurs against whites by blacks, Al Sharpton and the NAACP are no where to be found.

If you are tailgating at a concert or something and "event staff" (not police) try to hold you for public drunkeness until police come is that legal? You would have every right to run from them right? This is outside of the event, say in the parking lot.

Ok so today I was not home and my mother called me to tell me that a police officer along with 3 other people who looked like cops where at my house. She told me one mentioned I have a warrant out of my arrest. So right away I called the police station to find out this information and see if it was in fact vailid. They checked the NCIC. (checks nation wide+) to see if there was anything and nothing came up in the system at all. I asked the officer even if it was just issued would it be delay he said nope your name comes up with any filling charges or warrants. The other thing is I have fallen behind on my car payments and the repo man tryed placing false warrant report on my mailbox and saying call this number ect... but i did as before and nothing came up as well and the cops said it was bogus just the repo man doing his job. I know I need to pay my bills, but you think this is something to worry about the warrant thing not being one?

I was in the turn lane waiting on the light to change, when I a guy in his SUV hit my car from behind. We pulled over, and there was no damage, and we were both relieved and went our separate ways. I didn't think I needed to get his insurance or other information because there was no damage to either vehicles. However, I was informed that you can get in trouble for not reporting things like that. Is that true? And also, would what happened with us even be considered an accident? I ask because this is my first car and I have only had it for a week, so I really don't know what the protocol is in those situations, so I would like to know for future reference. Should you report things like this even if there is no damage? I definitely didn't want to cause trouble when there was none, and possibly cause his insurance to go up. He was just as scared as I was....

My girlfriend and I have been together for two months, and yes, we are both girls. We're both fifteen years old. Her mother found out just last sunday that the two of us were together.. she didn't even know either of us was gay. Since, she's called the school and asked that I be kept away from my gf as much as possible, and has gotten teachers to request that I not help with homecoming this weekend. She now wants to move my gf to a new school, and has said she is going to get a restraining order put against me.. Can she do that if I've done nothing harassing to her? She wants to only because she thinks I turned her daughter gay.. would that be enough to have the order set?

In 2003 our tax payers paid 19 billion to fight the "war", that's $600 per second 24/7/365, this year it will reach 45 billion...just do the math. Don't be fooled folks 93.6% of the "War" Money is salaries/benifits for do-nothing bureaucrats...their livelyhood depends on you and I who work in the private sector to supply them. Here's some facts: Prohibition failed..why because FREE people wanted to drink. The fact is only a tiny fraction of American do drugs...MOST 99.99% are drug-free like you and I. The one's that want to do drugs will continue to use drugs...the VAST majority won't. Some government idiots love to tell us we'll that "WE the People" can't be trusted....you'll all become DRUG-CRAZY fools if WE the BIG government allows you to put in your bodies what you want to....so we make laws and charge you 45 BILLION to enforce it! The truth is folks they are afraid they can't Tax this stuff...people grow it in their yards "if it were legal"

Can we all grow up?

Specifically speaking, there is a new bill being proposed called the Veteran Disarmament Bill, HR 2640. It makes for a lifetime gun ban on any veteran who has been deemed to have suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, regardless of whether or not the person overcomes or only has slight impairment from the condition.

So, say you see a veteran, honorably discharged, who refuses to give up his deer rifle, and who takes it hunting. Are you going to uphold HR 2640 (if it gets enacted into law), arrest this fellow on felony charges, and haul him off to jail?

Or are you going to stand by the Constitution (2nd Amendment, 10th Amendment, and other applicable federal law) and allow the guy to exercise his freedoms?

You are "sworn to protect and to serve". But whose legal words do you enforce? Those of James Madison and Thomas Jefferson?

Or those of Carolyn McCarthy (Dem - NY) and Charles Schumer (Dem - NY)?
