I know you can go to the superior courts of california and look up criminal and cicil records, but caan you for hannover county or wake county??? Don't give me any usa search crap website pages , please.

No. It would be criminal to do so, unless you had permission! No state gives out criminal records, and no website has access to any either! They are just bilking you!

Most states do have a sexual offenders list, but they give no circumstances of their conviction and do so as they have been authorized by their state legislators!

You can just go down to the County Clerk of Court and ask for a background check. There'll be a minor fee and you'll need some information about the person (Full name and birthday, I think). The freedom of information makes all criminal histories a matter of public record.

yes you can if it is a matter of public record. contact the state and or county and request it or it may be able to be done online.
most require a modest fee for the services of their clerks looking it up for you. there are pay sites but most can be done by you if you have the time online and or the phone. a lot of employers do this buy way of background checks in the public records. it all comes under the Freedom of Information Act. if request under that you may find what you need. hope this helps you.

Here are their websites, they have links for most wanted but I don't know about records. It makes sense that they would though because I know you can in Mecklenburg and Cabarrus County. Look into the sites, maybe you'll find something.
