Because often times they end up finding something else, like drugs. So when they say "Okay can you turn around for me" can you say "No" or whatever? Like basically "Well if I have a weapon that's a risk you're gonna have to take cause I don't want you to search my person." ?

I just wanted to know how many police (in the United States and internationaly) believe that our current War on Drugs is a good use of our tax dollars and why. I would also like to know why you think drugs should be illegal in the first place, the reason i ask is because i believe that the illegal status of drugs makes them much more readily available to children than if they were sold and regulated by the government to people 21 or older. From my personal experience as a 17 year old male in high school, i have found it MUCH easier to get ANY type of drug (ranging from marijuana to cocaine and lsd) than alcohal, drug dealers don't card anyone, and i live way up in Maine in a good neighborhood/city. -thanks for your responces

Two 13-year-old boys came into the store where I work 2 weeks ago, jump behind our front counter & steal cartons of cigarettes. The police couldn't see their faces clearly enough on the security cameras to arrest them. Well they returned to my store tonight. I told them I was calling the police & they're not allowed in the store. I was verbally harrassed by both of their parents afterwards, saying things like "you have to deal with me now" & "you're lucky I'm calmed-down". Then they had the nerve to say that I threw their kids out into a snow storm & I should be the one arrested!! Why were they out in the snow storm in the first place? They're also trying to get me fired for this. The father even told me "I'm glad you couldn't prove it was my son who stole the cigarettes". My question is could I really get fired for making them leave the store? Also, should I press charges for the parents threatening me the way they did? Basically the kids got away with it now the parents want revenge

Well He just got out of jail yesterday "thursday" and we start talking talking agine, knowing that if we get caught i go to juvinelle detention center and he gose back to jail for a ver long time. But anyways i told hi mmy dad put a restraining order on him until i'm 18. So if you know any good ways to get around restrining orders please tell me how?
