Can a non citizen be deported for reckless driving? Please provide proof for your answer, like some immigration document. Also, what are other deportable activities (other than the obvious ones: murder, rape, etc...)?

I'm talking about a legal permanent resident (who is not a citizen yet).

Typically, no. I can only base my answer upon decades of experience in law enforcement and dealing with the INS personnel. I'm not going to go Googling for it as you can do that yourself.

The illegal immigration problem is so broad that INS often times does not detain or deport illegal immigrants unless they are charged with a felony or are found to have previously been convicted of a felony in the United States.

Too answer your question directly, Can a non-citizen be deported for reckless driving? The illegal immigrant *can* be deported for just being illegal regardless of the driving incident. Will they be deported? Most likely not.

I hope this helps.

No

Because illegals don't have driver's licenses, so they don't drive. If they are caught driving then they can get deported but not because of reckless driving but because of their status.
