No: unfortunately prices start at aproximately $40.00 dollars for a complete search at the websites related to people search.

Criminal records are usually not online and you have to personally ask the Law Enforcement Agencies and Courts.

do a yahoo or google search for the county where that person is from. in most cases, counties have websites where you can search their court cases, see if that person has been convicted of anything, from minor traffic tickets to felonies, what home he owns, how much he paid for it, basically all kinds of information.
