Any thorough tips to surviving 2 years in prison?

Obviously Im not looking to gain any friends, gang or anything of that sort. My question is, rather than what should I do while im in prison or what moral choices should I make for my future. My question is, How can I most likley survive a long time in prison avoding stab wounds and face slashes, most of all rape and death.

Should I make hits in prison? Is it a good way to earn respect, to be feared to some capacity? Should I mind my own bisuness and fight only when I need to? Should I fight all the time? Do I need to learn how to efficicently kill a man with a small object. Will it be apart of my daily life? Is fighting skills most important? Like I said, I want to survive at all costs. What sacrifices will I need in order to make in order to gain respect and be left alone. Being new and young in the prison is the hardest part. Thats when I will be tested the most and most dangerous time for me. I should defintly become larger?

If a person was jumped and beaten up while working out of state, then returned to their home state, can they bring criminal charges where the assault happened without going back there? Or do they have to return to give a statement in person? Can a lawyer handle this on their behalf?

Here's the situation. You have a new job, and an off-duty police officer, who your employer is familiar with but aren't personally friends, walks in as a customer, and talks to your employer about past traffic violations or other legal problems with you to your boss while your boss is working, with the aim of incriminating you and your new job. Is this legal? Would this be considered a violation of your privacy by a police officer?

I'd love to be a cop, but they just don't pay enough. So I was thinking about joining the force so I could go through the academy for the fun of it. I can't think of anything they could do to me if I quit after graduation. Am I missing something?

God bless America!

So many of my problems could be solved if duels were allowed. Instead of having to put up with some idiot threatening me that his friends are going to beat me up, because he is too afraid to take me on himself, I could just challenge him to a duel and end his miserable life.

Unfortunately in the modern world duels are not allowed and the last time he talked rubbish to me, all I could do was take it, because if I grabbed his car keys and stuck him in the boot I would get arrested.

I am not good with words and don't want to be, I am better at action than talk. But if pistols at dawn were allowed again, I would be so happy. Laughing at his family and his crews families as they follow those slow funeral processions. Been letting off guns and explosives in forests since I was 6. 26 now and my finger is itching for the trigger.

Question is why not legalise duels. So many of the worlds problems would be solved, without the need for war. G bush could duel Saddam and I could finally own.

I listed my car for sale. Some crazy showed interest and got my mailing address. He sent me two fake checks and instructions to mail him the change to somewhere in florida. The fraud department at my bank said to tell the police, but since it went through the mail, it's federal. Do I call the FBI or CIA or IRS? This guy is an idiot and deserves to get caught.

Pekearo and his partner, 19-year-old Eugene Marshalik, were fatally shot Wednesday evening while confronting gunman David Garvin as he fled through the streets of New York City after killing a bartender in a restaurant. Regular police officers cornered and killed Garvin minutes after the shootings.

Pekearo was born and raised in Greenwich Village, which he patrolled as an auxiliary officer each week while planning to join the force full-time.
Pekearo and Marshalik were part of the New York city's force of 4,500 auxiliary officers — volunteers who dress like full-time police but are not given weapons or bulletproof vests.
Pekearo had purchased his own vest and was wearing it, but it didn't save his life; only one of the several shots that struck him hit the armor, police said.

My girlfriend was pulled over for speeding today and while I don't condone speeding, the circumstances behind the actual ticket seem a bit suspect.

A cop passed her going the opposite direction and supposedly clocked her doing 78 in a 55. Instead of turning around and pulling her over, he radioed to another cop down the road and told him she was coming his way. Having just passed a cop while speeding, she slowed down, but got clocked by the other cop doing 62 in a 50. This cop pulled her over and told her that the other cop had radioed him. He took her information and wrote her a warning and while handing it to her the original cop pulled up behind them. He came to her car and took her information while the other cop left. He preceeded to write her a ticket for doing 78 in a 55. So she left the scene with one warning and one ticket from two different cops!!! Does this sound like something they can do?

I consider myself a leftist. I am annoyed though with the mentality that most on the right seem to have about guns-especially how so many of them seem to think that most on the left want to “take all guns away from everyone” and “even take them away from our soldiers”...Wow.

The reality is, I myself do NOT like the idea of the government telling someone like my grandfather that he does not have the right to have and must give up his old hunting rifle(though I sure as hell do not care for hunting). Also I do not like the idea of the government telling me I cannot have and must give up my legally purchased handgun in my nightstand.

I do hate however, the fact that in my old neighborhood before I left for college, kids like my best friend’s little brother were able to buy GUNS off the STREET easier then they could buy cigarettes at the store.

So, my question is this: HOW can we protect the rights of Law abiding citizens to own guns, but also crack down hard on the black market?
