Anytime the rent a protesters demand anything against the police it gets done quick fast and in a hurry. We are always sold out to appease every friggin special interest group or minority. It is getting to the point that most police officers choose not to enforce the law as we should because we will be either financially ruined by lawsuits or imprisoned for "violating" some thugs rights. The inmates really are running the asylum now.

No, I don't. The police officers claimed there was a firearm, which wasn't found and one of the officers moves on the group without identifying himself. Then you have officers drinking on duty (their commanders went through GREAT lengths to state police authorization of ONLY two drinks). Alcohol and firearms; a deadly mix. Don't get my wrong, a police officer has the right to defend themselves if threatened (they have very dangerous job with crappy pay). Plus, the way I'm understanding their procedure, the undercovers are suppose to signal a "uniform" to make the arrest so as not to expose them as undercover officer. 50 shots, even at a slow moving vehicle, is too much. Then the police start terroizing the community looking for this so-called 4th man shortly after the incident.

The police officers in this incident was justified in what they did regardless of what any body says,They had already tried to run over a detective and after that crashed into a van full of police officers and they was doing what they was trained to do,protect the lives of their fellow officers and citizens as well,I think regardless of how many rounds were fired the fact of the matter is that the subjects failed to comply with the officers commands resulting in a life or death situation for the officers involved.

I even have labored in regulation enforcement for years. i've got faith that the device of regulation must be conscious to police and the voters flippantly. i do no longer think of that an indictment from a grand jury must be appeared at as a adverse factor, somewhat as a legal technique this is sturdy for the community. A grand jury is made up of well-known people residing in the affected community. they're present info from the prosecutor and this provides the prosecutor the possibility to attempt his info. they're given classes are determining in all probability reason from what they heard. undergo in strategies they're in elementary terms determining if there is adequate info to have faith that a criminal offense replace into dedicated and that the guy in quesition commited that crime. they are no longer determining cover or innocence. they're asserting the have faith a criminal offense replace into dedicated and a tribulation ought to ensue. this is sturdy for society. those officers could have the possibility to shield there strikes and that they may be got here upon no longer quilty. we can must wait and spot. What we cant do is loose faith in the device and in the grand jury device.

To the guy above me. What exactly is your assumption based on? Is it your training and experience as a "digital camera tech"? Have you ever been in a gunfight or had someone try to run you over? How long do you think it takes to drop one magazine and insert a new magazine? You said you haven't seen all of the evidence so maybe you should let the people who do see it, judge them.
And you're right, someone should be able to drive off in a car after a bachelor party. Unless there's a police officer in front of it telling them to stop.

I haven't seen all the evidence... but 1 officer fired 31 bullets. The other two only fired 15 combined. Leaves me wondering how many clips that cop had on his belt. I would assume he had several opportunities (while reloading) to determine if any shots were being fired from the vehicle.
I'd have to say its a sad day when someone in a car leaving from a bachelor party gets shot up.
