her license was suspended which is bullshit.. When they told her that her license was suspended in court did she think it was a joke she probably just said thats hot

.Yes she should. The law was broken, some people serve time for it some don't she should. She knew her license was suspended and drove anyway. They should teach her and others a lesson from this. Just because your rich doesn't mean your above the law, justice is blind supposedly. Make her serve a little, it'll do her good

No!, for two reasons:

1. In California driving on a suspended license is considered to be an "infraction", a minor crime for which jail time is not a penalty.

2. Most jails are over crowded as it is. I would rather have that precious cell space occupied by a violent criminal who needs to be off the street.

I don't think she will be doing any jail time, hollywood types always pay their way out of it.
