I have been reading your questions here for a long time, and you really need to speak to a professional. Either you have a very, very limited grasp of the English language and cannot express what the real problem is, or you have some serious paranoia issues and need to seek some help. this doesn't happen in my city or county. perhaps, you need to notify the media in your area or the mayor or the governor to enlighten them on the wrongdoings. be prepared to be honest about your information.
