I have just been arrested for a 2nd DUI giving me a second violation of probation. I would like to know what would most happen to me if i got a legal private lawyer to fight for me with a BAC of .08% & with this violation. I work and cooperate well with my probation officer. I also go to college and work. Will the judge take that into consideration? Any info on what may happen would be great.

I believe that person has been under control by those 2 officers, so I wonder if he would be able to press charges?

Is this true? I thought that this sounded crazy! I mean how on earth could you charge/prosecute them. Thanks for responding.

Here is the extended version of what happened.
Upon leaving the parking lot of a Wal-Mart at night the car beside me (which was facing out of the parking lot instead of in) started up before I did. I waited to let them pull out of their spot but they didn't so I went. As I backed out the driver was leaning into his windshield looking at me and mouthing "B*tch." I pulled away and they (there was a passenger in the car) swooped around me at a very fast speed and then slowed down in front of me. We happened to be traveling the same interstate afterwards. They would slow down to below the minimum speed limit so I would try to pass them and then speed up to 'race' me while yelling expletives out their window. I then decided to just stay behind them no matter how slow the speed and then they would go into the other lane to be beside my car so the passenger could swear and make obscene gestures at me. At one point the passenger threw her lit cigarette onto my vehicle.

The same with any other illegal activity (warez, bootleg videos) on the internet. Aside from someone witnessing the download and reporting the offender, how can the law enforcement find them?

I find it a little hard to believe that there are "black boxes" on the computer and that they watch everyone just waiting for an offense. If they did that, they would be able to catch EVERY criminal and there are probably millions out there. I'm just curious as to how they actually do it.
