Ummm, maybe by becoming a NJ state policeman?

Starts with an application, background, interview..
Then an academy (usually about 6 months).
Then a probationary period. Then along with the job you can get one of those.

Usually by donating money to a police union, fallen officers fund, ect. Spite contrary belief, it won't help you get out of a ticket. Thin blue line, police stickers, ect.....

The only way you can REALLY get out of a ticket, is to be a cop. Cops don't write cops, period.
