I know someone who was charged as maintaining a common nuisance. What exactly does that mean? I have saw it in our local newspaper, but never knew the exact definition. Can anyone help? I have searched on the web for the definition with no luck.

Common, meaning common to others.
Nuisances, meaning being a nuisance to others.
All told, don’t be a bother to others! Live within the norms of your common man/woman.

A use of property or course of conduct that interferes with the legal rights of others by causing damage, annoyance, or inconvenience.
