Most the undercover are semisober, They are spite in the streets, speak dirty language, kick people, they are like deunken.
Now they are use the ambulances to insult people.
I always follow law eventhough I had argument with coworkers, we were working peacfully.
I don't know the chief what are they intending to do.

Because they are still police officers in spite of their apparent lack of manners. Keep in mind that they have to act rough to maintain their cover. If they wore a suit and a said please and thank you it would not convince other criminals that they are one of them.
