Is this some sort of phenomenon like Gas Lighting or Gang Stalking? All Chiefs of Police use Ambulances to go around harrassing people...Awsome theory. At least in my state, Law Enforcement uses Blue, but can mix Red/Blue, but must display blue, EMS Fire/Rescue is all Red/Amber/Clear, and cannot use blue, so as we can deviate what kind of emergency vehicle we're dealing with.
Maybe you live in Wyoming where Tow-Trucks use Blue? Can't help you out here.
